Clifton S. Robbins is Blue Harbour's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Blue Harbour, Mr. Robbins was a Managing Member of General Atlantic Partners and a General Partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Mr. Robbins has served on over fifteen corporate boards and has arranged more than $50 billion in value-creating strategic transactions and financings. Mr. Robbins began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley & Co. in 1980. Mr. Robbins received an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1984 and an A.B. from Harvard College in 1980.

Mr. Robbins leads an experienced investment team which brings an average of 10 years' experience. Each member of the team has significant research and strategic transaction experience and is actively engaged in Blue Harbour's collaborative research and investment process. The team's combined intellectual capital and experience have provided Blue Harbour with a distinguished reputation as a constructive long-term shareholder and committed partner.
